Course Overview:

• Duration: 3 days (with online theory completed at your convenience)
• Includes:
  • Knowledge Development (online & classroom) to master diving principles
  • Confined Water Dives in our training pool to practice and refine essential skills
  • 4 exhilarating Open Water Dives to build confidence and explore the vibrant underwater world

Dive Details:

• Dive duration: approximately 40-50 minutes (dependent on air consumption)
• Gain confidence as you explore the wonders of the ocean in small, manageable steps

Add-ons:

• Book our Tropical catered Lunch for your Boat days – available at checkout.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum age: 10 years old
• Complete a basic medical questionnaire (available on our website) to ensure you are fit to dive
• Swim 200 meters and tread water for 10 minutes

Meeting Point & Departure:

• Our vessel is conveniently located at Coral Sea Marina. 
• To ensure a smooth 7:30 am departure, please arrive 10–15 minutes early (by 7:20 am) at Meeting Point B. 
• Look out for our friendly crew in Whitsunday Dive Adventures uniforms, or give us a call if you’re unable to locate us. 
• A marina map will be attached to your reminder email the day before your trip.
• The approximate return time is between 1:30 and 2:30 pm, depending on weather conditions and dive locations.
